You have 30 calendar days to return an eligible item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To ensure full credit, returned Items must be received in new condition and in its original packaging, with all paperwork including manuals and your packing slip. You must also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Once we receive your item and all required documentation, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund request after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 30 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non¬refundable. Please keep all shipping receipts, as we cannot be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit.

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
